The Bona Flexi Finishing SanderThe Bona Flexi Finishing Machine is the ultimate Dust Free wood floor Finishing Machine. It has a very efficient Extraction Hoover mounted to it to keep your working environment nice and clean. It's designed to work on either a hard wood, engineered or parquet type wooden floors ( unfortunately not on pine floorboards).
The ProcessYou must use either an 8 or 10 inch belt sander first to remove any surface debris ( i.e. old varnish, paint and dirt) and to level either an uneven floor or if newly laid floor the blocks high spots, finishing with an 80 grit sanding belt. Then use the Flexi Finishing Sander with a 80 and 120 grit Zirconium abrasive discs to finish your hardwood or parquet floors. It has an extraction hoover for an amazing Dustfree operation. It will also remove any potential tram lines left behind from the Belt Sander leaving your floors to a professional finish ready to either to then protect and seal them with either 1 x coat of water based primer then 2 x coats of lacquer or 2 x coats of Osmo hardwax oil, all availble from us.
