Our sand only service
Ideal for customers who want to finish their floors themselves.
£16.00 plus VAT per square metre (we have a minimum charge of £285.00 plus VAT for 17 sq/m or less = £342.00 including VAT).

Our sand and seal service
To Sand and Seal floors with a primer and 2 x coats of Professional Swedish lacquer or Osmo hardwax oils we charge £20.00 plus VAT per square metre (we have a minimum charge of £340.00 plus VAT for 16 sq/m or less = £408.00 including VAT). A free cleaning product will be given at the end of the restoration to look after your newly restored floors.

Options as requested

To mass Gap Fill between boards for insulation with resin mixed with sawdust or to screed parquet floors we charge £5.50 plus VAT per sq/m.

To supply and fit reclaimed pine slivers strips to insulate between the floorboards we charge £10.00 plus VAT per sq/m.

We supply and apply stains to floor boards we charge £5.50 plus VAT per sq/m.

To supply and fit replacement floor boards we charge £4.50 plus VAT per linear foot.

To remove fire place hearths and replace the missing floorboards. Prices from £295.00 plus VAT.
